Subject of work
The institute researches and designs the architecture of a managed transition: an institutional form in which autonomous computable systems work under institutional oversight without losing their own functional nature and without breaking the institutional framework they are integrated into.
The field crosses three classical areas: formal verification of computing systems, the architecture of corporate and government compliance, and the methodology of governing autonomous multi-agent loops. The institute works where these areas meet and builds a common institutional framework for them.
The institute’s name names its method: requirements that exclude each other are separated along different coordinates of the system rather than averaged. The procedure, the required output of each step, the conditions for refusal and the limits of the method are set out separately.

Three contours of activity
The institute’s activity is built along three contours, fixed in law by its registered activity codes (OKVED) and run in practice as a single research programme.
Research
The formal architecture of the AI-led Organization. Deterministic autonomous systems. Compliance by Design. The scientific novelty lies at the intersection of formal verification, the institutional framework and managed autonomy.
Technology
Development of software components of the stack: orchestration of an autonomous corps, integration of SMT verification, sovereign cognitive loops inside the client’s perimeter.
Knowledge transfer
Continuing professional education programmes for corporate clients and government agencies: the architecture of the AI-led Organization, the requirements of Federal Law 187-FZ and FSTEC Order 117, formal methods in governing autonomous systems.
How the institute works
The institute’s operating model coincides with the subject of its research. The meaning loop (setting tasks, architectural decisions, validating results) is held by the scientific director. An autonomous corps under institutional policy carries out development, documentation, monitoring and support. All working exchange stays inside the institute’s own protected perimeter.
This is not a temporary state dictated by the formation stage. It has been the institute’s working mode since the day it was founded, and it is a subject of public research. The institute does not describe the architecture of the AI-led Organization from the outside: it works inside it and presents its working test bench as direct proof that the method applies.
Open to cooperation
The institute works with three categories of institutional counterparties: owners of critical infrastructure and holders of regulated processes; institutional capital that treats autonomous computable systems as an asset class; academic and industry research organizations.
The institute is open to scientific cooperation with universities, industry academies and the research institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Formats: joint research programmes, expert councils, participation in dissertation work in related fields.
